Apple Seeks to Block Newest HTC Phones

Apple Inc. (AAPL) (AAPL) filed an enforcement action at the U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington, seeking an emergency order that would block imports of HTC Corp.’s (2498) newest phones and tablet computers.
HTC, in a statement May 29, said it had completed a review with customs officials and the company’s products “are in compliance with the ITC’s ruling.”
Apple wants the commission to have all HTC products that run on Google Inc. (GOOG) (GOOG)’s Android operating service blocked from the U.S. until the enforcement case is resolved.

有兩個疑問：
1. Apple是在6/4再次提出這個complaint，這兩天國內有相關報導嗎？
2. 兩篇都說上個月美國海關是因為HTC保證其產品已經避開Apple的'647 "data tapping"專利所以放行，Foss Patents是用"HTC claimed to have worked around..."，Moneynews則是用"...after assurances by HTC..."。所以ITC並沒有實際執行檢查的意思嗎？
