如果你自行google關鍵字 tier I,tier II就會有答案了.
基本上CET1(core equity tier I)就只有普通股的股本.
其他的都是tier II upper,lower...
如果你認真一點看看DTK的上市文件,在最前面的簡介(P.S-7),也
白紙黑字寫得很清楚.
