It is way too far that, John Gartner or whoever his associates are, a psychological report been issued without even conducting a direct, face-to-face interview,examination and observation on the subject. Can a doctor diagnose a patient without seeing him in person, no conversation, no physical check? No, it is ridiculous. How can people quote on such? It is a hostile report with bias and political aims & conspiracy. Only the wise can tell and prevail.
