朋友最近想把貓帶回台灣
驗血報告在一月多就都弄好了
花了三百多美金
在美國一個連鎖醫院:BANFIELD
可以請各位有經驗的幫我看這張報告嗎?
我就是覺得報告有這麼簡單草率嗎?

直接寄給檢疫局看最快！他們會跟你說缺什麼

不過因為每家實驗室的表格都不太一樣，所以只有檢疫規章上有列的，上頭都有就可以啦。

跟我的比起來，我的有最後一次狂犬疫苗注射日期跟採樣日期是你朋友的表格上沒有的。

Taiwan only requires Rabies clean. That is your lab result indicated item.

I suggest your friend find a professional forwarder to do the customer paper work and process. Remember if the process is not completed to prove the animal is clean, the animal may be destroy on site. We don't want to see that.
