「抗告」是當事人或證人、鑑定人、通譯等其他受法院裁定之人，對下級法院的裁定不服，直接向上級法院請求廢棄或撤銷原裁定的救濟程序。
抗告雖然與上訴相同，是一種就下級法院的裁判對上級法院聲明不服的方法，但是抗告是針對中間裁判（裁定，）而上訴是針對終局裁判（判決。）

yes, she is very kind lady who helped me and found my dog
and what did she expect
telling the whole world the she is "such a great wonman"
and this is not the first time I said thank you to her already.
However, who is the one keep this on going
What does she really want?

I have to say this, we do need kindness people. and yes, she has total no responsibility to do anything for me or the dog, so I thank her for that. I am not take it for grant it. I told her "Thank you very much" not more than three times already.
