明天就要離開LA到KC去！但是電話的問題卻一直沒辦法解決
所以想麻煩各位高手！看這個問題要怎樣解決
小弟在台灣是用中華電信
到美國後我妹拿了一張T-MOBILE的卡給我用
但卻一直是CINGULAR漫遊
用O2autoconfig只有東南亞國家可以選@@
怎麼選就是CINGULAR漫遊
同時間小妹家的其他電話用T MOBILE卻是正常
LA跑了一大圈都是CINGULAR
各位高手 ！這到底怎樣解決啊?

看來不是FREQUENCY的問題
Cingular uses BOTH 850 & 1900. That said works both ways... Some states / cities work with both those bands while some cities / states run only ONE of those bands..
I know for a fact in my city they run BOTH 850 and 1900.. proved it already by using a phone that runs off 1900 only.. it works everywhere in my city..!! I also have a phone that runs 850 only and it works also..
In N and S Carolina they run ONLY 1900.... how i know this cause my 850 band phone does NOT work up there while my 1900 works just fine.
On the other hand, t-mobile and cingular do share some towers in California. For foreign phones, it will show Cingular even you have T Mobile account. Again, you do not have to worry about the roaming fee.
The best way is to call their customer service and make sure you weren't charged anything. Best luck to you.
