General classification (GC)
Jersey for the rider who comes first in the general classification according to the times obtained in each stage.
(累計各人完成各站所費時間，所費總時間最短的即為GC第1名，獲得下一站身穿領騎紅衫出賽的榮譽。)
Points classification
Jersey for the rider who comes first in the point-based classification. Points are given to the riders according to the place they obtain in each of intermediate sprint or stage arrival.
(累計各站所獲得衝刺積分最多者即為Points classification第一名，獲得下一站身穿衝刺王綠衫出賽的榮譽。 )
Mountain classification
Jersey for the rider who comes first in the mountain classification according to the points obtained at each point-incurring mountain pass.
(累計各站所獲得登山積分最多者即為Mountain classification第一名，獲得下一站身穿登山王藍點衫出賽的榮譽。 )
Combined classification (Combination classification in the Vuelta a España)
Jersey for the rider who comes first in the combined classification. It reflects the riders' consistence, taking into account the place that each rider has obtained in the three previous classifications.
(累加各人在上述三項classification的排名，所得總和數字最少者即為combined classification第一名，獲得下一站身穿總和能力白衫出賽的榮譽。 )
Team classification
Award given the basis of the sum of the three best individual times from each team in each stage ridden.
(取每一隊之中完成各站所費總時間最短的前三人，其總和時間最短的即為Team classification第1名。)
Stage classification
Award given to the rider who crosses the finish line first.
(單站第一名)
Most combative rider prize
Award given to the rider who, according to the TV spectators, has shown the most fighting spirit in each stage.
(單站敢鬥賞)
Fair Play award
An award that values those riders who, up until that stage, have accrued the least number of penalties and have the best ranking in the individual classification, or those who have had an outstanding sporting gesture.

4. 參賽車隊 ：
18個World Tour 一級職業隊 + 4個Pro Continental 二級職業隊 = 22個車隊，每隊9人。
其中21個車隊均參加了今年的環法大賽，
獲邀參加今年環法大賽的 Fortuneo Vital Concept ( France ) 則無緣參加環西大賽，
而由近年環西大賽的固定成員 Caja Rural-Seguros RGA ( Spain ) 車隊獲邀參賽。
