Lance Armstrong to race Tour de France in 2010 with new Livestrong-Nike team?

Lance Armstrong dropped a bombshell on French TV when he said that not only will he race the Tour de France in 2010,
but he'll do so under a new team...most likely called the Livestrong-Nike team (or something very close to this possible name).

According to James Raia, the National Cycling Examiner who is reporting from the Tour de France,
