這方面技術我不是很懂
但我們公司有找過專修硬碟的凌威科技-http://www.linwei.com.tw/
即使是物理性的損壞也可以救
檢測費用一千,可以先檢測再決定要不要花大錢來救
實際費用跟資料量多款無關,跟硬碟損壞程度有關

話說我前天跟朋友去騎NS 300k
在200k的時後看看時間,10.5小時
跟我去年參加NS 200k時騎小折的時間差不多啊

(去年實際騎了208k)
我想一定是我公路車的騎乘技巧太差了
不過肉腳的願望是能夠平安完賽就好
長距離的均速要達到20對一般人來說真的是不小的障礙

全國俱樂部聯賽第一站~北海岸自行車大賽
我們可愛的辣老師上台啦!

成績1:43:02~分組第三名贏了第四名1秒!
大家有時間的話去恭喜她一下吧!

比賽路線：4/17　花蓮-台東，花東海岸公路（台11線）約130公里
AM 08：00　花蓮亞士都飯店-花蓮大橋-牛山新隧道-磯崎-北迴歸線-長濱-成功-都歷
PM 10：30　北迴歸線（中途關門點）
PM 13：00　終點－都歷東管處（最後抵達時間，主集團進入終點後2小時）
PM 19：00　頒獎典禮－知本高野大飯店
4/18　台東-花蓮，花東縱谷線（台9線）約175公里
AM 08：00　知本高野大飯店-關山-池上-玉里-北迴歸線-瑞穗-光復-花蓮鯉魚潭
AM 10：30　玉里加油站（中途關門點）
PM 13：00　終點－花蓮鯉魚潭縱谷處（最後抵達時間，主集團進入終點後2小時）
PM 14：30　頒獎典禮－花蓮亞士都飯店
