--- Weather: We have a strong wind coming from the West, which will gust to over 40mph. This is terrible news for the climbers and they’ll be very worried about losing big time. The rest of us will be delighted as we should see the first proper echelon action of 2019.
--- Contenders: Arnaud Démare (Groupama - FDJ) Alexander Kristoff (UAE - Team Emirates) Sam Bennett (BORA - hansgrohe) Andre Greipel (Arkéa Samsic) Philipppe Gilbert (Deceuninck - Quick Step) Michal Kwiatkowski (Team Sky) Niki Terpstra (Direct Energie)

Team Sunweb 的聲明: "Michael and Martijn [Tusveld, who also crashed] are receiving further medical checks to assess their injuries and more information will follow."
--- Weather: Not as bad as today, but we’re still talking about 20mph wind and gusts of up to 30mph. The wind is coming from the North-West, meaning we have a cross/tailwind for much of the day. That is perfect for riders to split the bunch.
--- Contenders: Dylan Groenewegen ( Team Jumbo-Visma ) Caleb Ewan ( Lotto Soudal ) Sam Bennett ( BORA - hansgrohe ) Alexander Kristoff ( UAE - Team Emirates ) Fabio Jakobsen ( Deceuninck - Quick Step ) John Degenkolb ( Trek - Segafredo ) Arnaud Démare ( Groupama - FDJ ) Michal Kwiatkowski ( Team Sky )
--- Weather: Bad news for echelon fans, the wind has completely changed direction. We now have a southernly wind, meaning headwind for most of the day. Towards the end of the stage it does swing round to the south-west, which could see echelons as the riders head towards the finishing town. The strength of the wind is down too, with gusts of 30mph. It shouldn’t be as crazy as the opening two stages, but there is still a chance of splitting the race late in the day.

--- Lumpy! The main issue for a lot of the quicks is the fact we have four categorised climbs in the final 60km, which makes life very difficult for them. You couldn’t say these climbs are overly difficult, but they will start to seriously hurt the legs. The finale kicks off with Côte de Trevès, 2.5km at 5.7%. Up next is Côte de Condrieu, 4.9km at 5%. This takes us to the lap circuit and we’ll see a slimmed down bunch as we approach the final climbs.
--- Weather: Again, the wind is quite strong, but will be a tailwind for the majority of the day. There is a point when the race heads east, where echelons can happen, but I don’t think we’ll see any splits.
--- Contenders: Matteo Trentin (Mitchelton-Scott) Sam Bennett ( BORA - hansgrohe ) Philippe Gilbert (Deceuninck - Quick Step) Michal Kwiatkowski (Team Sky) Luis León Sánchez (Astana Pro Team) Sonny Colbrelli (Bahrain Merida) Thomas De Gendt (Lotto Soudal)
--- Stage Profiles : Time for the GC battle to really start. A largely flat 25.5km ITT is bad news for some of the climbers, they really can’t afford to lose too much time, as it’ll mean their GC campaign is over before it got started. --- Weather: Should be sunny and the roads will be dry. The wind will be coming from the west and will strengthen throughout the day, but the impact of this will be less than normal. Most of the route is very well protected from the elements, with the riders on a narrow piece of farm road which has trees on either side. If anything, I think it could suit the later starters as they’ll benefit from a tailwind for the opening 4km and final 3km.
--- Contenders: Michal Kwiatkowski (Team Sky) Bob Jungels (Deceuninck - Quick Step) Dylan Teuns (Bahrain Merida) Ion Izagirre (Astana Pro Team) Felix Großschartner (Bora-Hansgrohe) Wilco Kelderman (Team Sunweb) Tejay Van Garderen (EF Education First) Edvald Boasson Hagen (Team Dimension Data)
