However we have also seen lots of cases where airmail shipmentstake around 5 to 21 days. Please also notice that sometimes items are held up by your local postoffice or customs service. I am sorry to hear about the delay. Usually all shipments arrive within 5
to 10 days but I must admit that the lead time is higher than an average
shipping time. However we have also seen lots of cases where airmail
shipments take around 5 to 21 days. In your case we'd still recommend you
to wait a little bit longer. There's a good chance that the parcel turns up
within the next couple of days.
