我想我的訴求並不是要無條件更換, 而是如果這是設計上的瑕疵, 或是根本就是產品本身的問題, 不應該完全轉嫁給消費者來承擔.
我已經把此問題同步 email 給 SONY 台灣總公司, SONY 日本公司以及 SONY 美國. (如有網友有其他建議, 也可告知我)

I am a PS3 user in Taiwan.
I read a lot of PS3 Bluray disk problem on internet before, "finally" yesterday I became one of the victim. Even I rarely turn on the PS3, the disk was out of order suddenly when I tried to play a game last night. I sent the machine to SONY's Taiwan representative, the feedback is the BR disk is bad and I have to pay for 4K TWD to get my PS3 works. Try to ask about what was wrong with the blueray disk, they don't know and there is no answer. I even can not ask for to get back my original "bad blueray" disk, since they say it is a RULE that the bad items need to be destroyed by themself and can not return to the customer.
The SONY brand name suppose to be associated with high quality products, as well as the PS3 to be a high-end playstation, now the consumer just wonder why we have to pay for the defect product without any explanation.
There are too many cases indicate that there are problems about the disc. I am not asking for a free replacement, just a solid information to know if the blueray disk indeed has a defect, and what following action did SONY take to protect the right of "your" customers, if you really care about us. I still have not decided if I will replace the disc for 4K. 4K TWD is not a big number to me, but it is for most of the player especially those students. I think it is not the issue of money, but the issue about the product quality and action to solve it.
I will forward this message to SONY headquarter in Japan, and U.S. Maybe it is the time for you to think about to solve the problem of your loyal customers, instead of pretending don't know anything about it.

買來不到兩個月就換了一次讀寫頭,雖然目前無災情,但可能是很少玩吧,
壞過一次應該也算是危險群的一員...............................
一直以來很挺SONY的產品,舉凡手機NB.桌機...
沒想到PS3讓我徹底死心...
一直以為別人對PS3的批評只是個案..
自已的PS3是備加叮護..
一個月平均開機不到十小時..
今天...壞了..無法讀取...過保..我想4000的贖回金是付定了..

其他建議事項:這台主機也太不耐操了吧..至少學XBOX360延保至三年..
堅絕相信這絕不是個案..是光碟機本身的缺失..為何這要由消費
者承擔.
若更換完後,短期間又掛點.我想,SONY後續的主機應都不會再購買了,
PS3的片子20多片將全數丟拍賣.......真的被氣死啦.....
玩了二十多年的遊戲器...PS3真的是讓我印象深刻
