Hello Dan, this box just for no HDCP support LCD and let it can support HDCP, if you want to know what can your LCD support, you can try to switch it on your computer, 480p = 640 x 480, 720p is 1280 x 768, 1080p is 1920 x 1080, if your LCD can show 1920 x 1080 on the screen no problem, you can use this box in 1080p for play.
