To play like this you need a very strong GPU (like a gtx 285, or a HD 5850) and a good at least dual cored CPU overclocked to at least 4 gHz. Mine's at 4.24 gHz and sometimes it's still not enough for full speed when rendering at this smooth framerate.
To get smooth framerates you need to use the least EE cycle rate and VU cycle rate speedhacks.
You also need a specific version of gsdx to have all the graphical layers aligned correctly. (gsdx-r2406) (Use scaler istead of custom resolution!)
要有頂級顯卡(像GTX 285或HD 5850)+雙核CPU超到4G才勉強有這種等級...
