9月21日，國際汽聯世界汽車運動理事會公布了針對雷諾“撞車門”一案的裁決結果，對雷諾車隊車隊永久禁賽，緩刑2年，2011年前未犯錯者可繼續賽事，前車隊領隊布裡亞托利被永久逐出F1，不得從事任何與F1有關的事務。前工程總監帕特-西蒙茲，5年內不得在國際汽聯管轄的賽事下工作。

WMSC同時對Fernando Alonso出席聽證會的合作態度表示感謝，宣布兩屆世界冠軍與案件沒有任何關係。

所以說Alonso沒有關係....

但是下一場比賽雷諾可以比賽

應該是立即生效吧
沒想到09年的F1會因為08年的事故而變成這樣
雷諾這個車隊基本上算是散了

不過雷諾事先開除兩位犯罪人物是呼有收到功效
不是永久禁賽
兩年後還是一條活龍

所以說是判罰2年緩刑2年嚕?

那不就是2010跟2011年雷諾還會在場上趴趴走

The World Motor Sport Council will only activate this disqualification if Renault F1 is found guilty of a comparable breach during that time.....
這裡就是說雷諾留校察看兩年，其間如果還出事，就是要退學（比方說，在PIT區的廁所抽煙嗎？）

Renault F1 stated at the meeting that it had conducted a detailed internal investigation, which found that: (i) Flavio Briatore, Pat Symonds and Nelson Piquet Jr. had conspired to cause the crash; and (ii) no other team member was involved in the conspiracy.

雷諾已經把責任推給這三個人 Flavio Briatore, Pat Symonds and Nelson Piquet Jr.

看了一下官網, 簡短如下:

Renault 目前留校察看, 然後 2011年底開始執行兩年停賽.
Briatore 無限期的停止任何與賽車有關係的事情
Symonds 五年內不準參與賽車有關係的事情.

Piquet 沒事, 因為他當證人.
Alonso 沒事, 因為他出席了. XD

FIA官方提到 disqualification (除去參賽資格) 的重點在此
