Mazda Media Player

As most of you already know, Mazda Media Player v0.3.1 (and all earlier releases) doesn’t work properly with all MazdaConnect firmware versions (supports only MazdaConnect < 56.00.xx). Over the last few months, I received a lot of emails from people who asking me about new MazdaMediaPlayer release, which will be compatible with latest MazdaConnect versions. And... they convinced me :) So now I can officially announce that…<br>
I’m working on new project for Mazda car owners!

New version will be compatible with all version of MazdaConnect system and will use USB connection (yes I know that a lot of people had problems with WiFi hotspot option). First release should be ready “soon” (new ‘transport layer’ still needs more tests, so expected release date is ~ 10-11-2016) and will be available to download on Google Play store. Due to Google Play policies probably I will have to change name of my app to ‘SmartMazdaPlayer‘ or something like this – more info soon :)
