What we expect is not only to stop someone's job, what Taiwanese consumers more care is " if today my car have problem so i get angry, would the other salesman also give me same behavior? " 上面這段沒有留下中文翻譯在日本馬自達的臉書上。但意思是說 我們所期待的不只是停止某人的工作,台灣消費者所期待的是"如果今天我因為車子有問題而生氣時,其他的銷售員也會給我同樣的行為嗎?(此處用錯字,應用"treatment對待"會比較好)
