Mazda3在影片中顯示上述 "SBS不會作動" 的行為通通都有：
1. 在煞車燈亮前早已經開啟方向燈
2. 先轉動方向盤左偏之後才踩煞車
3. 煞車一踩就持續踩了5秒不放
4. 變換車道後前方無車輛，但煞車依舊持續5秒，且駕駛同時間持續左右轉動方向盤
5. 影片顯示駕駛有持續主動的操控行為(方向燈+方向盤+煞車)，所以SBS應該無法啟動
結論：
1. 把Mazda3失控原因推給SBS不符常理，因為當時 "SBS不會作動"
應是無辜的....
2. 如果Mazda3駕駛在有上述任何SBS不做動條件之一的行為(方向燈/方向盤/煞車....)
但此時Mazda "SBS誤動作" ，才導致此次失控事故發生?!
這就嚴重了!
因為這表示當時此輛Mazda 3 發生 "SBS誤動作" !
建議Mazda3駕駛準備好所有證據，控告Mazda車廠 "SBS誤動作"
應可請求Mazda車廠負責，為自己討公道。
