對於改晶片後,會不會影響到引擎

N/A引擎,改晶片,幾乎無感,提升約3~5%(週邊不動)
現在的新車電腦,空燃比都控制的非常準,
幾乎沒有修正的空間,
而且如果是缸內直噴,還可能被原電腦給修正回復;
所以N/A大多要配合CAM等週邊一併升級
但也只能提升約10~20%
是非常燒錢的~
一般的市售引擎,只要不破8000轉,幾乎不會炸引擎

渦輪引擎就真的很明顯了,一般約可提升20~30%,
為何可以提升這麼多,很簡單,大多是利用電路放大器原理,
騙電腦提高增壓值,只要提高0.2KG/M,動力就會很有感的提升了,
但這麼做有一定的缺點,
如引擎溫度會提高1~3度左右,
火星塞消耗會增加,
如果增壓值騙太大,是可能炸引擎的

另外改電腦不可能不動增壓值、供油、空燃比、氣門正時等等

路過~~之前好像有看到20跟225雖然都是2千的引擎,但引擎壓縮比220好像是11:1,225好像是10.2,二者在硬體上好像有不小的差異。

一般的話,升級一階就是在硬體不動的情況下升級罐頭程式,普遍都是供油/點火/增壓值。

二階的話就會撘配進/排氣/散熱系統的更換,程式部份會再設定供油/點火/增壓值對應。

Stage 1
Reprogrammation
Stage 1 consists of an individual reprogramming of the engine management system of the vehicle, whereby the adjustment of the engine parameters (ignition, injection, ...) is customly done on the dyno. All values of the motor parameters at this stage remain within the safety standards prescribed by the manufacturer. This stage 1 is 100% reliable, in short, more driving pleasure without worries!

Stage 2
Reprogrammation and optimization intake and exhaust
For those who want a little more than stage 1, we have a stage 2 which consists of optimising a number of elements around the engine to increase the efficiency of the engine. Primarily this is about intake and exhaust. A lot of air-intake systems are very restrictive because of their anti-resonant structure which is intended to damp the intake noise of the engine. By mounting a sports air filter or custom air intake, more airflow to the engine is allowed and we get a nice power gain. As we reach the safety standards of the manufacturer at stage 2, sometimes parts must be strengthened e.g. clutch. Each stage is indicated which parts are replaced.

BMW 原廠並沒有針對n20 引擎的電腦升級套件可改
改電腦現在分為外掛式與內寫式
現在引擎也沒這麼脆弱;擔心引擎爆不如擔心變速箱掛。
建議找國外知名品牌比較有保障⋯⋯
大陸的BMW論壇有幾個因改電腦而導致引擎爆掉的案例
最嚴重的還導致活塞裂掉

大哥請問一下可否私訊是哪種晶片呢
如果改晶片沒有任何的風險,我想車商也不會拒絕改晶片的車輛出保

換另外一個角度思考,因為改鋁圈對車子沒有引擎系統的潛在影響,車商對這種改裝不影響車主保固
