車主好慘
花大錢支持結果落到此下場
希望原廠可以重視車主訴求
之前BMW的新聞鬧那麼大
還是有人要哉進去
什麼檸檬條款?

靠山不夠力,都不用談



在公共充電器上充電 需先啟動??

又可能某些國家充電需付費
所以 是不是系統先行進入
車主個戶 “經過正確對話之程序” 以檢查是否已儲值呢?

因..未取得驗證..
或未正確得到連結..
或稱為 未激活成功。
所以後續無法在公共充電樁 快充?

我亂猜:
簡言之 (公共充電時)未辨明乃為特定ID充電對象時 它肯定不會允讓蓄充電力。

也需需預先註冊或提交(...)&手機號碼?未獲得特定通訊協定認證??

I did take it to the dealer....but they said it had no faults recorded in the car (I did a software update so maybe this removed them?) and they tried charging at fast charger .... which failed....but they said it failed because "they couldn't get the charger to accept payment"....sigh. They then took it to another charger and that "worked" but I think that "worked" only but only because it was at 85% when they started charging so it was only pulling a low charge speed.
I have the car back so will take it once again to a local fast charger when its down to 30% and if it happens again I'll just drive straight to the dealer and take them MYSELF to a car charger. The dealer openly admits I know more about using and operating electric cars more than any of their "technicians".... which is a bit frustrating when I live an hours drive away from them.

我也訂了BMW的電車,很擔心發生類似的事情
目前導入初期 保養廠 對BEV維修能力只是初學 技術及經驗完全不夠吧? 沒有除錯能力 單靠母廠指示 Trail Error 作業 每猜錯一次 就待料一次 有得拖了….
支持一下, BMW電車定價真的吸引力很大

但我也怕碰到跟樓主一樣情形..
