1.Coolant low 亮燈需幾周的觀察 2.網路上同梯的車主心得 Feb 23, 2011 Hi everyone, I have a 2007 535D (unfortunately out of warranty) that had started to lose power at high revs (anything over 2K) and gave no power on kick down (just sat at 3-4K revs and went nowhere). os : 前幾周冷鋒來襲,小白本想去創紀錄,結果遇到類似狀況 No warning lights, no noises, no smoke, just no power. Lower revs are fine and it ticks over OK. Computer just showed a loss of boost pressure, so no clues there. 無故障燈,無異響,無白煙,惟電腦有失壓紀錄 os : 平鎮廠印了一張 error log 供宅爸參考
After many false routes and red herrings we got to the bottom of it. 幾經瞎忙後,找到真因 It turns out that the bottom actuator has a much much higher spring rate than the other 2 actuators. So mine, which was really hard to move and seemed like it held no vacuum was actually ok BMW call these units pressure converters and there's 2 of them sat behind the Vacuum tank. Call to BWM and it seems this Pressure Converter was changed for another part in 08/2008. Surprise, surprise... Guess the old one wasn't quite up to the job ? 2007/03 發表的LCI車型,2008/08 BMW 居然更新了新閥件 ......... 原廠心裡有鬼 Ordered a new one fitted it ! Result ....... Running great ! So if you have the same problem and you're out of warranty.. Before you give BMW ££££ for a new set of turbos check the following : 原廠建議更換貴森森的 Turbo 套件前,先檢查真空管線,壓力轉換閥 Vacuum Hoses, odds are they are shot, Pressure converters, if you have 2 that look the same odds are one is dead. Actuators, should move freely sprung, apart from the bottom one which needs a real push to get it moving.
