530d doesn't push the engine to the limit comparing to 535d. If 530d turbo can last around 100K miles, i would expect 535d turbo to die a little sooner. (maybe 80% of the life of 530d)
however, think from the bright side. comparing with 535d and 530i, you will save around $5000 NT in taxes each year. in addition, you will save money on diesel fuel, and you don't need to replace spark plugs. As a result, even you need to replace those turbos, 535d may not cost you more money than 530i.
not to meantion that 535d is MUCH faster than 530i. (you will be amazed by the in gear accelration number from 80km/hr to 120km/hr)

Overtake a car by toeing the pedal gentlely , can do a kill within 3000 rpm
But they drink fuel at around 25 L /100 Km , 3 times that of a diesel.
Not to mention the tax paid for it.
