As much as I agree that it depends on the driving style. I meant in my case I have it change less than every 5k, but for good reasons. As seldom as I drive the M, I really put it to work every time I'm behind the steering wheel. Often times friends would ask me to do 100-200, 200-300 and occasionally top speed runs with them just to be their cars new mods comparison. Since my first M car back in 1998, I've tuned, tested and tracked M cars. And I've learned from my experience that if you want your performance vehicle to be at its prime every time you turn the ignition, the fundamental thing to do is frequent oil change, simple, cause data and track times don't lie. Ms are meant to be driven, hard.
