綜合以上由美國EPA官方的文章, 美國是有在回收機油做成燃油或是潤滑油, 至於做成怎樣的潤滑油, 或是添加的百分比則沒有提到. 在說, 經過處理過的廢機油, 已經屬於"原料" 而不是過濾一下就添加到新售的機油內.
最後, 根據EPA 的數據顯示
Quote "Up to 74 percent of all oil reuse/recycling in the U.S. is for burning in turbines, incinerators, power plants, cement kilns and manufacturing facilities (asphalt, steel, etc.).
An additional 11 percent of used motor oil is burned in specifically designed industrial space heaters"
美國~74%的回收機油都拿去給發電廠, 加工廠燒掉了. 另外11%也拿去做工業爐的燃料.
所以剩下15%的回收機油因該是拿去做潤滑油酯, 請問你說的15%是這樣來的嗎?
