網站在IP偵測下首頁就會出現國旗背景，讓人覺得親切許多，
而滿額免運費更是吸引我的重點，
但重點來了，這個網站竟然把TAIWAN加上Province of China，
(PS. 連香港都沒有加上Province of China)
當下想要發起抵制這個網站:
於是10/11日寫了一封信要求更正:
Dear Sir,
I tried to buy something from your web site and paid a lot of time on the web for the past 3 weeks. Basically you guys do a good job on the user interface and shipping term that attract me to keep on surfing on your website. But I found some words that made me uncomfortable today on the homepage in “My setting” options.
Please never call “Taiwan” a “Province of China”.
Taiwan is just "Taiwan'.
Taiwan is essentially an independent and democratic nation at present.
I recommend that if you like to keep a good impression for customers in Taiwan.
You’d better correct that wording in the options.
I’ll never buy anything from your website unless you guys make the correct amendment on it.

等了幾天，今天10/16日終於給我回應:
Hi there and thanks for the mail. I believe our naming and reference to “Provence of China” in the Taiwan Country name was there to speed up customs clearance on packages sent to Taiwan.
I’ve since checked and it’s no longer a requirement to have this so the country is now on our list simply as “Taiwan”
Apologies for any confusion or offence caused.
