關於wiggle的問題

請問一下
Your order was despatched on 6 Apr 2011 via Air Mail. Please check with any neighbours to see if a card has been left for you and if your local sorting office are holding any parcels for you too. Sometimes Air Mail do not leave a card but the order is still at the sorting office, we have had this happen on occasions. Please be aware that Royal Mail AirMail can take up to twenty working days to arrive due to clearance through Customs or slight delays in transit, but delivery does usually take around seven to ten working days to arrive. The twenty working days is not a delivery date. I do apologise, but we do not receive tracking numbers for standard Royal Mail AirMail deliveries and this will be delivered by your local postal network.
