請勿跳過“建議...“，前面的字“正確騎乘技巧“，也就是說大對大，小對小是錯誤的騎乘技巧，不是不能用，而是錯誤使用方式，車子不會馬上壞，但是是損車(磨損鏈條，變速器，齒盤）不利己(浪費力氣）的!
