腳踏車為私人財產及個人隱私資料,現在詐騙猖狂讓人不得不提防! 是不是以後家中貴重物品拍照存檔交給他們,以利日後尋獲!!
再則利用零星登記,有助於防竊嗎? 還不如提出整套制度落實比較有意義, 而不是象徵性給人看.

Couldn't agree more on that... Maybe I just over reacted.
Besides, I'm just to sick and tired of the government with regards to "Thinkin' on how to EARN" more money from the civilians like us.
