內容:
the imported-tax of imported motorcycles are about 17%, that's pretty ok
but there's a strange rule of imported motorcyles that these imported
motorcycles must pass the test of a ognization called the ARTC,and
their test standard is not as good as international levels,but the
test charge a lot money for per motorcycle, this is really not fair
for these imported motorcycles!!
We normal people in Taiwan can only afford these local made crap
motorcycles, imported motorcycle is therefor affordable for those rich
people.
