這是英國官方網站的客服最上面的CUSTOMER SERVICES有一個信箱，24HR內會回信，回信之後整個COPY下來去GOOGLE的翻譯整篇翻譯即可
一定要把代理商的處理態度告知英國方面，讓他們知道台灣代理商這麼親切的服務

代理商所謂的售後服務我只覺得她只能替我"去除濕氣了"!

Thanks for your email, I'm sorry to hear of the problem you are having with your Drift HD, and your concerns with the retailer.
Although the Drift HD is weather proof, it is possible for condensation to enter the camera during very warm or very cold, damp weather. To remove the condensation, please remove the battery hatch and battery, and store the camera in a warm dry place for one day.
Please can you tell me how you are using the camera, and how you are storing it? I will then be able to let you know if there's a problem with the camera, or if a normal amount of condensation is entering the lens housing.
Can you also tell me the name of the retailer please?

If you find condensation under the lens cover on a dry, sunny day, or inside a dy environment such as a car, this is likely to be caused by moisture already inside the camera. Although condensation inside the lens may disappear, the moisture may remain inside the camera, and will condense as the temperature changes.
Please store the camera in a warm dry place for one day, with the battery hatch and battery removed, to allow the moisture to leave.
You have mentioned that you sometimes use the power supply while you are recording. Please note that although the Drift HD is weatherproof, the connector battery hatch can only be used in dry conditions. After allowing the camera to dry, ou should not see the condensation if you use the standard battery hatch.
