美國三代RAV 4 部分車主提到的問題

高速公路行駛中
定速裝置作用時
若遇波浪狀地形(先下後上)
引擎轉速會突然拉高
且時速表顯示車速較設定車速快了近 5mph或8公里
車主必須緊急煞車以免事故

Introduction
Some 2006 – 2008 model year RAV4 vehicles equipped with the 2AZ-FE engine may exhibit a
condition while using the cruise control between 50 – 70 mph (80 – 113 km/h). During this condition
the transaxle will upshift and downshift frequently. The Engine Control Module (ECM) (SAE term:
Powertrain Control Module/PCM) logic has been updated to change this condition. Use the following
repair procedure for customer complaint vehicles.

Repair Procedure
1. Check for the Authorized Modifications Label affixed to the vehicle in the location shown in
Figure 1. Confirm if the ECM (PCM) calibration has been updated. If the calibration ID listed is
NOT the latest ECM (PCM) calibration — go to step 2.

2. Flash Reprogram the ECM (PCM).
NOTE
• The GR8 Battery Diagnostic Station MUST be used in Power Supply Mode to maintain
battery voltage at 13.5 volts while flash reprogramming the vehicle.
• For details on how to use the GR8 Battery Diagnostic Station, refer to the GR8 Instruction
Manual located on the Technical Information System (TIS), Diagnostics – Battery.
Follow the procedures outlined in TSB No. SS002-07, "Techstream ECU Flash Reprogramming
Procedure” , and flash the ECM (PCM) with the NEW calibration file update.

3. Start the engine and warm it up to normal operating temperature before test driving.
4. Test drive the vehicle to confirm proper vehicle operation and ECM (PCM) initial learning.

5. Install the Authorized Modifications Label.
A. Using a permanent marker, enter the following information on the label:
• ECM part number [Refer to the Parts Information section for the CURRENT PART
NUMBER ]
• Calibration ID(s) [Refer to the Calibration Identification Chart for the NEW
CALIBRATION ID(s) ]
• Dealer Code
• Repair Date
• Change Authority [ this TSB number]
B. Affix the Authorized Modifications Label to the vehicle at the location shown in
Figure 1. The Authorized Modifications Label is available through the MDC,
P/N 00451-00001-LBL.

如果遇到陡降坡就應該把定速關掉以策安全
我也覺得RAV4的定速只控制油門,如果險絳坡,他是不會自動採煞車的
如果是先下坡再上坡,原來下坡段在四檔的,當進入上坡段,因為要維持定速,RAV4會突然絳檔,會忽然拉高轉速,以便把車速維持住,有點會讓人嚇一跳,在第一次遇到這狀況時,真是覺得有些奇怪
我在險昇及險降坡時是沒有使用定速裝置,同樣在上下山路長彎路時也不使用定速。我使用定速的經驗是:
較短的上坡是會有突然調整檔位並加油的現象,產生一點頓挫感,第一次遇到還不習慣,但是這時的定速是會顯現一樣的速度,並沒有什麼太大速度的高低差異。
在長一點的下坡時,定速的表現就有差異,例如我定速在70,實際上是會跑到76左右。這時就要小心一點,是否有測速照相之類的東東。
感謝提供資訊啊!沒想到有這樣的問題,不曉得別牌車是否也有這問題,或這是rav4特有的問題。
等待我的 RAV4 2.4G 尊貴黑外米內 第4順位…有的等了 要買HTC的手機要有心裏準備,曾修565等了20天以上的慘痛經驗…

在國道1北上從林口到泰山收費站那段下坡
我定速88完全不去動他會飆到快108
轉速從原先不到2000飆到超過2500
應該就是開版所說的狀況
我是指完全不採煞車
遇到陡降坡定速還是無法完全反應
敝人的 RAV4 還沒有用過定速。
不過之前使用的 Accord VI 3.0 定速在長下坡時,充其量只會自動降檔來增加引擎煞車力道,車輛並不會自動煞車來減速,而是把煞車交給車主自行判斷。而一碰煞車踏板,定速就解除。
等 2000 km 過後再來試試看 RAV4 的定速。

這是剛好定速在換檔位置附近,然後行駛在波浪路面、或山路上才會有的現象

加上 變速箱控制反應太快所導致的現象。

理論上所有的定速器在 波浪路面或山路上都會有 一定的加速、減速反應

只是這樣的動作會不會讓變速箱換檔罷了


依這個例子而言,RAV4 會快速降檔、升檔,導致駕駛非常不haapy。




我剛剛重新思考了一下,一般我們從 100km/hr 放開油門

變速箱會立刻降檔嗎?好像不會

如果是這樣,那這個變速箱的反應的確有問題




不過這個修正看起來是在年初發布的,對進口到台灣的應該是已經修正過

因為小弟也在考慮購買RAV 4
所以常看國外車主對這部車的意見反映
畢竟這車美國2006年就上市
有啥問題應該早就提出了

另外
1.美國販售的車很少沒有定速裝置者
2.美國人沒車等於沒腳
所以人生第一台車就買RAV4 的機率應該不高
相信這些反映問題的車主在別種車輛應該沒遇到類似情況

且若真沒問題
原廠也不用發布TSB技術通報

PO文目的在提供大家參考
也希望日本原廠賣給台灣同胞的車有修正此一問題

若有車主發現此一不正常情況
請循正常管道向保養廠反映即可
一個有制度的公司不會不知道這訊息的





在迂迴及上下坡的山路上,千萬不要使用定速功能,非常危險.

定速系統只控制油門噴油量,不會控制煞車系統.

當遇到急上坡路段或轉彎路段時,當車速低於定速設定值時,定速系統會加大油門,會有暴衝的風險.

當遇到急下坡時,定速會減少噴油量但不會煞車,非常危險.

定速只適用於高速公路! 其他路段請小心使用!
