本文：
I would Like to report the defects identified in my RAV4 imported from Japan. I reported the defects to Customer Service of HOTAI in Taiwan. However, the only answer that HOTAI gave to us is to take the car to the dealers for inspection. Then, the service technicians in dealers just say the following defects are normal and there is no solution. That is why I take this issue to you (TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION) directly as HOTAI's action and response are useless.

Problems Identified (選擇適用的及附上照片)：
1. 高速回油時異. Whine sound when stopping accelerating from a high speed (the range of 95km/h to 110/km).

2. 前保桿與大燈間隙太大. Big gap between front the bumper and headlights compared to that between the front bumper and the body. That is the gap becomes bigger near the headlights.

3. 後座椅縫隙太大.Big gap between the two seats of 60/40 split fold second row seat. Please see the attached pictures for reference.
