The short answer is "They will remove all the FLOATING(BOAT) FEEL when driving a car FAST!?!". (By the way good dampers and stiff springs will NOT remove all body roll during cornering. For that you need stiffer sway bars.)
You may ask "Why not just design dampers as hard as rocks???" If you adopt those rock-like dampers, your car will become EXTREMELY uncomfortable and no traction/grip!!!
So a good damper need to be very SMART. (Knowing when it should be soft and when it should be hard...)
Because it is so SMART, I can pair even more STIFF spring with it. (More stiff spring = better handling)
PS: On race tracks you may be able to pair more stiff springs with some cheap dampers(NOT SMART) because in general race tracks are quite smooth. However on streets you definitely need VERY SMART dampers because the road conditions on street are quite different... So in my opinion dampers for streets are much more COMPLICATE than those for race track (if you are not as good/fast as those professional racing drivers on race tracks !!!)

After having installed better dampers and stiffer springs, your car steering will become tighter and provide more feedback!!!
That's very important when driving fast because you always know exactly what direction your car head to!!! You all know that "After having made a U turn, your steering wheel would return back to its center point by itself, right?", Believe it or not, when my old G35S with KW V3 was on mountain roads, the steering wheel would always return back to its central point by itself even on the roads with only 30 degree bend. (The feedback force from the steering wheel was really AMAZING!!!)
PS: I don't suggest any racing on PUBLIC roads. Please always remember SAFETY is the most important!!!
