首先將門上兩個螺絲拆下，再從下方直接拉開門板，皮質是自行加價升級！

可以看到裡面有電動窗開關排線、門把及車門開關鋼索並將其取下，務必記住兩個鋼索的位置！裝錯可是開不了門呀！

門板上有滿厚的隔音棉，不過此次DIY並沒有計畫加強隔音！YARIS的噪音來源最大是引擎！引擎室隔音超差！

看到空洞的車門及紙做的喇叭，要加強隔音的話可以在門內貼上制音墊！另外門板金滿薄的，內有防撞鋼樑！

原廠喇叭是用拉釘固定的，這一點還滿奇怪的！不過這一次也學會了拉釘槍的使用方法！

拉釘其實滿難用起子破壞的，須使用鑽頭破壞！

喇叭取下後的樣子，鑽的時候有傷到烤漆，YARIS的烤漆很薄，一刮就見底！用補漆補好，並用WD40噴門板加強防繡！

換上新的喇叭，使用拉釘及拉釘槍固定，手動的拉釘槍還滿費力的！

接下來換拆前門，前門的開關還滿多的，螺絲也多一顆為三顆！

前門板也是有隔音棉！

比較大的紙喇叭！也是用拉釘固定的！原廠的喇叭磁鐵超小的，大概只有寶特瓶蓋那麼大！

依同樣的步驟更換完成！新的喇叭磁鐵就大多了！

再換駕駛座，這一邊開關更多，不過只要將排線拆開即可！

音質好多了！可是低音還是不足！該加強重低音了！
