上次保養有請技師幫忙,不過,倒不是技師技術不好沒解決,而是這種異音要先能夠複製才能抓到是哪裡的聲音。因此,我決定自己找問題。
確認自己的問題是行進間轉速超過1200rpm-1800rpm會有類似buzz的聲音,因此,我判斷應該是震動的頻率達到其共振頻率才會聽到。
後來,又發現另外一種方法可以複製異音----關駕駛座的車窗時造成的震動也會聽到這樣的buzz聲音。因此,決定將旁邊的飾板拆下,好好觀察究竟是哪裡的聲音。
下面這是節錄自Nissan對異音種類的說明:
• Squeak – (Like tennis shoes on a clean floor)
Squeak characteristics include the light contact / fast movement / brought on by road conditions / hard sur-
faces = high-pitched noise / softer surfaces = low-pitched noises / edge to surface = chirping
• Creak – (Like walking on an old wooden floor)
Creak characteristics include firm contact / slow movement/twisting with a rotational movement / pitch
dependent on materials / often brought on by activity.
• Rattle – (Like shaking a baby rattle)
Rattle characteristics include fast repeated contact / vibration or similar movement / loose parts/missing clip
or fastener / incorrect clearance.
• Knock – (Like a knock on a door)
Knock characteristics include hollow sounds / sometimes repeating / often brought on by driver action.
• Tick – (Like a clock second hand)
Tick characteristics include gentle contacting of light materials / loose components / can be caused by driver
action or road conditions.
• Thump – (Heavy, muffled knock noise)
Thump characteristics include softer knock / dull sounds often brought on by activity.
• Buzz – (Like a bumblebee)
Buzz characteristics include high frequency rattle / firm contact.

將這些邊條拆下後,我去按壓車窗,再仔細聽聲音的來源,終於發現共振的位置在最下方安全帶的收納器上。

在收納器上方有一個白色的塑膠,應該是teflon材質,目的猜想是要讓收安全帶時,不要讓帶子與鐵件摩擦而磨耗,以致於有斷裂風險。
這個白色的塑膠並不是完全密貼,因此,在震動時,有可能會與下方的鐵件相撞而產生buzz的聲音。
另外,在下方的車體結構上,輕敲擊這個收納器時,可以明顯感覺到震動很久才會停下來,有點像是音叉的震動,不會馬上停下來。所以,才有機會造成這種buzz的聲音。
因手上沒有較薄的膠帶可用,我是先取類似VHB的膠帶硬擠到塑膠與鐵件中間,目前開車是聽不到共振聲音了,但是若遇到比較大的震動時,還是可以聽到一點點。還不算完全解決,我接著會去買較薄的不織布墊在中間,或者在車體中間加一根什麼東西,改變其共振頻率看看哪一個效果更好)
