2016 Nissan maxima

臺灣不但不生產新的 TEANA , 又再落後大陸一截

大陸已經計畫國產 新 MAXIMA , 稱做 "西瑪" (不是 CIMA )

但是配 2.5 的引擎 ( X-TRAIL 2.5 用的 )

我在美國看過實車 別拿馬6來比 馬6跟maximum 根本沒的比 有夠醜 內裝也是輸很大 欣賞maximum 的的確有眼光 我都不是這兩台車的車主 純屬分享看到的心得
下班路上I-10旁邊的大華99殘障車位固定會停一台紅色的

我在推測是99內部員工的車

那線條很陽剛, 很有張力, 有種穿著盔甲的感覺

當時有曾考慮過要買, 因為父子倆都覺得那很帥
(家父在美國第一部車就是第4代的Maxima)

因為它規格上較接近家裡另一部車

不過業務說Costco卡在Maxima上的折扣不多

所以後來牽了Altima

I owned 2000 Maxima before. I think the best part of this car is steering feel and I didn't know it until I own 2007 G35S, 2010 M35X and 2017 GSF. I think Maxima gets the best steering rack from Nissan as my Infiniti and probably GT-R do. It's too bad that Maxima suspension is too soft for me and it's a FWD which is less balance and less grip(power output & steering on same front tires).

Let me tell you. Many US car reviewers think Altima is as good as Maxima and Altima is cheaper. For me, I can tell the difference in 30 seconds when testing Altima. Maxima steering feel is MUCH MUCH better...
I think Nissan steering rack is very good. So they try to invent something new like steering by wire because the existing steering rack is near the top.

繼續用N年前的舊TEANA繼續賣一台算一台
I think FWD is still ok if you are willing to put top end coilover from Europe on them. Once the suspension stiff up with smart dampers, the difference should be minimal. There are many good FWD race cars on the track these days.

When my wife changed from 2000 Maxima to 2010 M35X in 2012, she said M35X was unstable and difficult to drive. Of course the Maxima was installed Koni shocks and H&R spring.
