but since lots of ppl (and most of ring record site) says the GTR ran it's 7.38 record on slick-cut tire.
would that be consider as stock-setting?
some rumor even says the GTR in the Ring has been tuned (more or less) to get the fastest lap time.
of course,ppl talked about this can hardly proofing that
But I believe theres should be lots of controversies in all of Rings lap time.
what I've seen being discussed most recently is about GTR
many Vette lover just can't believe the Z06's record is only 4 more seconds slower than the R.
they doubt about every detail of the R' record (tires, start/finish point...etc)
like you can see, I'm not a Vette guy neither.
but on Vetteforum, they do point out many things thats controversially about whats call the "Stock".
