A fuel supply pipe may have been improperly manufactured, which could result in the pipe disconnecting and leaking while the vehicle is in motion, causing the engine to stall and increasing the risk of a crash. Also, the disconnected pipe may leak fuel, which increases the risk of a fire in the presence of an ignition source.

燃料供應管道可能製造不當，在車輛行駛時可能導致管道脫落和洩漏，導致發動機失速並增加碰撞風險。 而且，斷開的管道可能洩漏燃料，這在點火源存在的情況下增加了火災風險。
