What you have just experienced, is a classic example of HYDRO-PANNING.
請問當時路面有積水嗎?會不會是水飄??
15 years ago in USA where I worked, near Silicon valley, I was driving along highway 680 heading North on a rainy day. I was in a HONDA ACCORD. I experienced exactly what you had. Out of a sudden, on a slight curved highway with a bit of incline downward, I experienced HYDROPANNING. I felt exactly like what you had described. I instant feeling was the steering column must have broken down and I drifted like on water. My Accord spin 360 degree after eventually stopped after hitting the side bumper of the highway. I was using Michelin tire but the tread was quite wearing thin.
Pardon my statement, when I look at a lot of tires especially on local Taiwan assembled vehicles, the tire choosen, for cost reason, were not of a high grade. Notable example is Maxxis brand. They will and do experience hydro-panning easily. It is true that your car is brand new and should not have such less friction but I think it could happen.
Sometimes, I often wonder why companies in Taiwan cannot handle customer complaint well. They should work with you and let you understand a more logical explanation on what had happened to your accident. Hope this helps
