around 120,000km, I changed ATF filter once. And within 20,000km -40,000km interval (depending on the mood), I drain and fill 3-liter Honda-z1 A/T fluid for each maintenance. Since 120,000km , I use aftermarket ATF (but I've checked the UOA result from bobisoilguy and confirmed that it was n/p.) The reason for using aftermarket ATF is much cheaper than OEM ATF and also get the better performance in shifting, imho.
