If you did purchase it at the time you signed the contract, you can cancel it and purchase it through online.
I purchased a 2007 Honda Pilot EXL 4WD. I was (stupid) to purchase a Honda Care through the dealership finance department. I paid $2300 for 5 yrs / 100,000 miles. However, I read through posts from carspace.com. I cancelled the orignial Honda Care, and I purchased one through an online dealership (they are Honda Dealer as well). I paid $1230 for 8 yrs / 120,000 miles.
Additionally, I believe the Pilot and Odyssey share lot of features too :)

I am sorry that I don't know what do you mean "sagging". I have seen several Odysseys at dealer. All leather seats look the same "sagging" style. If you visit the honda's website, it shows the same style. I think Honda uses different leather seats style on minivan and SUV.

I did not sign such document. I got the rate as they showed on the newspaper with no string attached. The OTD of your car is great.
I will send you PM on the site which I purchased the Honda Care from.
By the way, if you would purchase the Honda Care online, the price for 7yrs/80k miles would be $745 with 0 deductible.
