Yes, I think FLH has some serious internal communication problem which needs external pressure to improve it. So, please translate your problems into English and send to Ford, USA, and Ford, EU, directly. They will push FLH to contact with you and track the customer satisfaction reports.
Actually, after some interactions with FLH recently, I strongly felt they have some serious problems like the ostrich belief. The products are very good, but FLH is not good enough to provide us the corresponding service, especially something like crisis management.
