有關於授權照片--Manila Skies

小弟最近收到一封flickr的信，內容大意為叫Manila Skies的這間雜誌公司，希望我授權他們使用我放置於flickr上的一張照片(內容是從象上拍攝的101)，不知道版上的大大們有否這方面的經驗，該怎麼做比較好呢?
另外小弟僅有做簡單的查証，似乎真的有這個雜誌。但心裡仍是怕怕的，感覺有點像詐騙(但騙照片要做啥?)，希望版上的大大能給小弟一點意見，謝謝。
