RICOH 5/19將更新GXR和GRD III的韌體

簡譯GXR的部分:
１ 增加雜訊抑制選項「ＭＡＸ」

９ 使用Ａ１２時，在ＭＦ模式按微距，可以讓手動對焦環的效率加快
１０ 在ＥＸＩＦ上會顯示是使用Ｐ１０ Ｓ１０或Ａ１２拍攝
１１在選單裡面增加可以看韌體版本的選項

5/19，Ricoh將再次發表新的軔體改善GXR & GRD3的性能。
基本上我認為會再次提昇GXR對焦的缺陷，原因最後解釋。
對於改善的部份稍作翻譯，英文版的新聞網頁
GXR的部份：
(1) Noise reduction performance enhancement
The MAX setting has been added to the noise reduction settings. When MAX is specified, the image data's noise distribution is analyzed and the optimum processing is done for each region of the image, thereby increasing image quality in low-light scenes.
增加雜訊抑制選項「ＭＡＸ」，官方說法是可以分析跟最佳化處理照片的每個區域，可以增加低光源的影像品質。
(2) Noise reduction for nightscape and landscape scene modes
The ability to specify noise reduction for the nightscape and landscape scene modes has been added.
在場景模式的「遠景」跟「夜景」可以開啟雜訊抑制
(3) Addition of "ADJ. ISO direct change" function
The "ADJ. ISO direct change" function has been added to the setup menu. If it is set to ON, in situations where shooting is possible (shutter release button pressed half way), moving the ADJ. lever right/left changes the ISO sensitivity.
可以直接利用ADJ按鈕，左右方向的按鈕調整ISO感光度。
（註:原本需要按下adj紐，選擇iso才可以調整，這是上一版GRD3更新的功能)
4) Two "incandescent lamp" settings for white balance
There used to be just the "incandescent lamp" setting for white balance, but now there are two settings: "incandescent lamp 1" and "incandescent lamp 2." Compared to "incandescent lamp 1," "incandescent lamp 2" gives the image a slightly more reddish cast so it is the equivalent of the old "incandescent lamp" setting
白平衡增加了「白熾燈1」跟「白熾燈2」
5) Auto shutter speed shift function
In cases where the image will be overexposed or underexposed when in shutter speed priority mode, if this setting is on, the camera automatically adjusts the shutter speed to give a suitable exposure.
在快門先決的模式（S mode）為了避免拍出過曝或者曝光不足的照片，增加了一個選項可以在發生上述狀況的時候自動調整成適當的光圈快門數值。
（註：這原本只有在A12的模式有）
(6) Flash and self-timer selection with up-down dial
Flash and self-timer setting changes can be made with the up-down dial.
上下紐可以設定成閃光燈還有自拍的選單調整
(7) Zoom position changes with My Setting edit
The zoom position can be changed by editing My Settings. (When RICOH LENS S10 or RICOH LENS P10 is used)
使用P10/S10模組的時候，可以在My setting裡面設定變焦的位置
(8) Macro AF distance restriction limitation
When doing macro photography with GR LENS A12 50 mm F2.5 MACRO, it is possible to select shooting distance (focus distance for auto focus) ranges of either 10-30 cm or 7-10cm. This increases auto focusing speed.
在使用A12的時候，可以把最近的對焦距離範圍設定成10-30cm或者7-10cm，這可以增加自動對焦速度。
（註:為什麼可以增加對焦速度？因為自動對焦在近拍的時候，通常7-10cm因為準確度的問題會要求更精細，也有很大的機會迷焦沒對到焦，所以我想獨立分開設定有這層道理在)
(9) Focus ring high-speed move (when using GR LENS A12)
During manual focusing, the focus ring movement speed increases when the macro button is being pushed.
在MF的時候按下小花按鈕，可以增加對焦環的移動速度。
（註:原本的速度蠻慢的，很像傳統相機的手感跟速度）
(10) Camera unit information in detail information display and Exif
The camera unit designation A12, S10, or P10 is displayed in the detail information display and in the Exif information.
在照片的EXIF資訊裡面增加是哪一個模組拍攝的資訊。
(11) Firmware version information on setup menu
The firmware version information has been added to the setup menu.
選單裡面增加目前軔體是哪一個版本的資訊。
（註：原本要從工程模式看）
GRD3的部份：

(2) Auto bracketing setting change
When shooting with auto bracketing it is possible to specify exposure variations of up to 2.0 EV. In addition, the change sequence can be specified for each shot.
包圍曝光拍攝模式可以最高到2EV，而且每張的範圍都可以自定
（這是GXR一上市就有的新功能，上一次更新GRD3還沒有）
(3) Image trimming
An image displayed in playback can be trimmed and saved as a separate file. It is also possible to trim an image's proportions to aspect ratio 1:1 (square).
在「觀看照片」模式下可以修剪照片並且存成獨立一張照片，同時也可以存成1：1的比例。
（這是GXR一上市就有的新功能，上一次更新GRD3還沒有）

個人意見：
上次GRD3開始，在許可的狀況下，已經把內建的一些軟體功能盡可能跟GXR一樣，這次新增的一些功能也有這樣得傾向。
原則上，GRD3有的，GXR也就會有（比方說上次更新的ADJ調整iso功能）；而GXR有的，GRD3也逐漸下放，幾乎是相同的使用經驗。
我很驚喜的是在marco autofocus的部份，還新增加了marco部分是只要10-30cm還是7-10cm，這是很貼心的軔體設計。
之前的軔體當你按下小花模式，你的對焦範圍是7-30cm，但是如果東西太近的話，對焦速度會過慢，通常會發生於10cm左右到15cm之間，因為跟最近對焦距離太近了，所以機器會一直來回判斷，造成速度跟成功率的低落。
我是很期待這個新功能就是了，因為我發現在低光源底下A12在判斷遠近的狀況會糟糕很多（ISO200 F2.5 1/20s以下），希望這可以增加低光下的可靠度。
而其他的一些小更新，可以看出GXR雖是DC，但其實思維有稍微朝向SLR去思考，像是可在選單內看到軔體版本，照片資訊可以得知哪一個模組所拍攝，這方面的思維我個人覺得有像m43、NEX這類相機的思考模式。
植基於SLR的m43跟NEX因為採用LiveView模式，非常想擺脫SLR的笨重感跟困難，積極的朝向DC邁進；而GXR正好擁有DC 的使用習慣，卻擁有SLR般的感光元件大小，操作上雖然還是DC，但一些模式有稍微向SLR偏移。
我很期待這幾方在ILDC的發展。
