Follow the below steps:
1. Check for cheapest prices on "http://kakaku.com/item/00502011134/" This is the site that many Japanese check to find good prices for 3C products.
2. Unless you can find someone to order and receive package for you, find a store that has a physical store as well. In-store prices sometimes are higher than online prices.
3. Call to the store ahead to check inventory and price, reserve unit, then visit the store to pickup.
Right now the cheapest price (2007/07/16=25180Yen) is at e-Trend, PC Bomber is not bad either at 25181Yen, and they both have a physical store front in Akihabara. However, do not get hung up at that price, if you can find price range within 3-5% of the cheapest price just by walking around, then it should be acceptable. If you are in Tokyo for a short time, then you probably dont want to waste too much time walking around looking to save only a few Yen. By doing this, you can find prices that are 15-25% cheaper than big chains like Yodobashi or Bic Camera.
