I am Canon 550D user and have been longing for a Pentax body. In my personal opinion, I love how Pentax interprete colors and lightings in various indoor shooting environments.
You point out how KX can set the center point of focus confirmation is my long awaited observation of KX experience. Just want to confirm this once again, the beep sound of focus confirmation - > is it loud enough for users to be awared of?
Also, can anyone confirm that KX and KR both use the same CMOS Sensor? If so, then I truely believe KX could produce as high quality photos as KR could.
Also, Sniper1203 also points out that KX has better ISO performace. Can anyone kindly please tell me where I could find review or test report of this KX ISO v.s. KR ISO.
Last question, Can anyone confirm this for me? When set the camara mode to recording mode, some users claim that SR will not function. Is it true? SR will not work in video recording mode?
To Pentax users, as far as focus accuracy concerns, I could possitively confirm this to you, my Canon 550D has big problem with focus shift problems. I strongly believe Pentax could do better with focus accracy than my 550D.
By the way, I need some push to get myself into the world of Pentax.

3 個人感覺sr的問題很難界定，手上有三台k100d，k200d，k-x，個人感覺是k200d的sr最穩，這三台在短焦時sr似乎都一樣好，只有長焦時才會覺得k200d的sr真的好用，k100d接500mm因振動而失敗的比率的確比k200d高一些，而k-x個人接過300mm端，也覺得成功率不如k200d。
p家舊機型雖然對焦沒有像canon這麼飛快，但準確率不差，也較少發生移焦問題
by the way，錄影時sr似乎不作用，這點不是很確定，但印象中說明書上有寫，您可以找看看
錄影時可用曝光值鎖定，這點蠻好用的，順便分享一下

thanks for your prompt reply and really I value your respons a lot.
My ears is not as good as it was before. So, it is important for me to know that KX can produce enough loud beep for me to hear it.
I have just learned that KR has some problem with auto focus accuracy in certain light conditions. I find this very bothersome to me since I am already in the hell of Canon's renowned terrible auto focus accuracy. Can anyone please varify that KX does not miss focus or focus shift like my Canon 550D?
