According to this post in dpreview:
Grays of Westminster in London UK said they are POSSIBLY expecting a new nano coated version of the 17-55 2.8 later this year with possible VR"
They even mention the phone number. Can someone in the UK call them up and confirm?
最近真是謠言頻頻啊…又奈米 又vr..舊版的 17-55 不知道會不會受到影響…

以我本身有N 17-55的人來說
我的看法是:
1. 不會想賣掉升級買新鏡, 因為都是DX鏡, 而且17-55的表現已經是可圈可點了
相信許多人應該也不會把17-55賣了,然後去買新的17-55
雖然相信抗耀光應該會很強, 可是為了這一點, 升級的折損實在有點不值得
2. 不會想賣掉而去買N24-70, 因為目前依然使用APS-C, 這個焦段是最實用的焦段
3. 全幅FF機的時代已經來臨, 等有預算的時候買FF機, 屆時N24-70應該就是最佳選擇
4. 我想, 新的17-55市場, 應該是沒有舊版17-55, 然後想繼續使用APS-C的人; 如果短期沒有升級FF的預算, 之前又沒有舊版17-55的人, 加個幾千買新版的17-55應該是很值得的
