There has been rumors in a French website forum “Chasseur d’Images” that Nikon will be announcing the new Nikon D3H this year. The rumoured specification are as follows:
Sensor: New generation LBCAST sensor with 10 megapixel
Format: DX
New algorithm of management and treatment of the noise (revolutionary)
Speed: 8,5 or 10 frames per second
Buffer of 50 JPEG or 40 RAW (NEF)
LCD monitor: 3″ with 320,000 pixels
Sensitivity: ISO 100 t o 1600 with extension to 3200 and more than 6400
Shutter Speed 30 seconds to 1/8000
Memory - Compact flash and SD
Data Transfer: USB 2.0 (high speed) and Wt-3 Wireless
Price: Approximately $3800 dollars
Announce: 2nd half of 2006
