Nikon RoadMap for 2009-2010
Below you will find the assumed list of Nikon future product releases, as it was shared on the Czech forum.
August 2009 Releases
Nikon D3000- a 12.3 megapixels DSLR, featuring 3.5 fps, a 2.7 inch LCD screen and a 420-zonal RGB sensor. Movie capabilities featured by this camera were not yet published.
Nikon D300s- with full 24 fps HD video capabilities and improved auto focus features (whether it will eventually be released or not, I'm sure this one is an inseparable part of many photographers' wish lists...)
AF-S DX 17-65/3.2-4 G VR lens with a 72mm filter
October 2009 Releases
Nikon D700x- with 24.5 MP, full HD 24 fps video capabilities, improved AF, self timer and mirror-up
AF-S Nikkor 24-135mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR- The FX-dream-walk-around-lens?
AF-S Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8G ED VR II- Long awaited 82mm filter lens, weighs 1530g
AF-S Nikkor 35mm f/1.4G
AF-S Nikkor 85mm f/1.4G- Could it be that this lens will not be a VR one??
2010 1st Quarter Product Releases
AF-S Nikkor 14-28mm f/3.5-4.5G ED
AF-S Nikkor 120-450mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR II- Perhaps replacing the 80-400mm lens. Features a 82mm filter and weighs 1480g.
2010 2nd Quarter Product Releases
Nikon D4- equipped with a 15.7 MP sensor, improved 1 EV, full 30 fps HD video capabilities. Since it took Nikon about 16 months to announce the D3x after the D3 was released, it is almost perfectly logical that they will release the D4 during the second quarter of 2010. So logical that it might turn out as a result of accurate calculations made by a Nikon fan...
Nikon D400- with a 13.8 MP sensor, improved 1 EV and full 24fps HD video capabilities (only a few months after the D300s has been released? If this actually happens, it will introduce an innovative pace of product releases!)
2010 3rd Quarter Product Releases
AF-S Nikkor 300mm f/4G VR
AF-S Nikkor 400mm f/5.6G VR
AF-S Nikkor 70-240mm f/3.5-4.5G VR- the missing medium size telezoom lens
AF-S Nikkor 105mm f/2G DC- Again, does it make sense this lens doesn't feature VR?
AF-S Nikkor 24-85mm f/4G VR
AF-S DX Nikkor 60-95mm f/2G VR
AF-S DX Nikkor 17-60mm f/2.8G VR- Perhaps replacing the 17-55mm with the addition of VR?
Nikon Coolpix P1DX- with a DX 12.3 MP stabilized sensor, 28-85/3.5-5.6 zoom lens (comparable to FX, actually 18-56), 2.9 inch 920k-display, movable upwards for macro
I have counted 13 lenses up until now, which means a lens about every 2-3 weeks. COULD I HAVE MADE IT TO DREAMLAND??
2010 4th Quarter Product Releases
Nikon D4X- with a 30.2 MP sensor and 1 EV improved sensitivity. Again, considering the fact it previously took Nikon 16 months to announce the D3x after the D3 was released, it doesn't really make sense that the D4x will be released 6 months after the D4 has hit the market. Out of all releases, this one seems to me the most as a result of extremely powerful wishful thinking...

據目前唯一的線報指出，D700X (2450萬畫素) 最快 8月份就會發表，最慢則有可能拖到 10月底
線報提供來源處也直接明確表示，此線報可靠度目前只有 30%，不是很高，但也不是不可能...
總之，謎底揭曉前，我們只能靜觀其變，投資別的器材前要先停看聽，
先用舊有的機身再撐一下，至少要過了 10月份才能死了這條心...
但是，如果真的有出，我個人是打算趕在D700X正式上市發售前就趕緊把現有的 D700售出
以免影響未來 D700 的身價...只要 D700X一發表，D700則是越晚賣掉則虧越大
縱使是D700X 極有可能定位在 11~13萬左右，但或多或少還是會影響到 D700 的身價...

基本上來說…價錢是很重要沒錯
只是期待跟會不會買也是兩回事…
六月底剛入手D90 + 18-105mm Kit，還沒玩完，應該是不會考慮升級
而且Kit真的拍出來不差..........
要升級D700x也要先存小朋友，而D90我想是不會再添購DX鏡，會一直用到換全幅機
一次升級到大三元…
