All product repairs or returns sent from countries outside the European Community must be declared to the Customs Authorities prior to arrival. A breach of these requirements will result in a penalty. All companies in Germany are required to provide a Proforma Invoice six hours before the consignment is due to arrive in the European Community. This new law concerns all countries outside the European Union, except Norway and Switzerland. We would like to ask for your assistance in this matter. Please complete the attached Proforma Invoice with the relevant product details and quantities, and send it to Leica Camera AG. Please attach the documents so that they are visible on the parcel. In addition, we will need the details of your forwarder (courier or other delivery company).
